It’s a state
of mind
What do you think of when you see the words “hot girl?” What probably comes to mind is a picture of unattainable feminine perfection – young, tall, thin, pretty – that society has manufactured. But that doesn’t have to be the case. We have the power to uproot perceptions and rewrite the script. We can choose what we mean by “hot girl” by altering our state of mind.
ThatHotGirl exists to challenge societal norms and redefine the words we identify by. We give people a platform to confidently be their authentic selves, never apologizing for who they are.
The name “ThatHotGirl” isn’t meant to sit well. It’s meant to evoke feelings of insecurity and ignite motivation for change. We call to the strong-willed, the defiant, the vivacious – those who step out of the bounds to be who they truly are, because that takes courage. We’re not here to be offensive, we’re here to be us.
ThatHotGirl is the brainchild of Ronda Vitrano, who’s no stranger to societal pressure. Throughout her professional career and raising three kids, she felt frustrated when negative words were used to describe her demeanor and characteristics. She believed she could redefine those words and what it meant to be her authentic self. “There are lots of brands that serve as a platform for positivity, but that’s not what I’m trying to create. I’m creating a brand that allows you to be exactly who you are regardless of society’s narrative,” said Ronda.
